The app crashed and I’m by rewriting the whole thing. I’m not someone that needs to be weighed on hand and foot. But come on - they almost double charged me for my stay, the food was horrendous and make sure you check that when you make a reservation for that night at one of the theme restaurants they’re making it for that night and not for a night when you’re not staying at the hotel. I’m most appalled by the guys reaction to the mistake - you can go to the hotel and check if they have open tables. Couldn’t care less and made it seem like it was our fault. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a local business. They’ll be appreciative that you decided to go to their establishment. If you go to the beach, you’ll get barked at by some guy on the beach if you sit on a beach chair - there was barely anyone on the beach it’s off season and the guy yelled at a bunch of people and demanded 9£. If you want beach towels, they aren’t part of your all inclusive stay - 10£ deposit and apparently you get charged 1£ for them to do laundry. After the beach’s incident I looked at the service card. Posted a picture of that for anyone looking to stay. Want a safety box - you can pay for it. WiFi - don’t even bother paying for it. It doesn’t work and you’ll be irritated for no reason. I feel totally duped for giving this place a chance - total waste of money. And definitely wasn’t relaxed while at the hotel. I don’t know who could have given it anything above 1 Star.
