The location was good, although there was noise from the park at night and the staff said there would not be. No lift, steep stairs, this was not indicated prior to booking/arriving. Breakfast was inadequate, crowded and rushed.

Check in with Christian was excellent. He was great about recommending restaurants and suggesting sites to visit and overall could not have been more helpful.

The location is in the heart of old Palermo. Easy wolking to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quaint and charming. Only 11 rooms so front desk staff knew everyone.
