Hotelli oli perus siisti ja palvelu pääosin ystävällistä. Meillä oli puolihoito joka oli ihan timanttia. Aamianen oli monipuolinen. Sesonkiajan ulkopuolella matkustettaessa saimme kolmen ruokalajin illallisen pöytään tarjoiltuna. Juomat ei kuuluneet hintaan, mutta puolihoito oli niin edullinen, ettei tämä haitannut. Huoneet oli perus siistit, mutta lattian siivous oli hieman puutteelinen. Matkustus aikaamme vk13 hotellissa oli rauhallista, majoittujia suhteellisen vähän. Sesonkiaikaan varmasti rauhattomampaa. Äänieristys huoneissa oli heikko. Hotellin ilmanvaihto oli onneton huoneissa. Maaliskuun viimeisellä viikolla aurinko lämmitti jo huonetta melkoisesti, eikä ilmalämpöpumppua saanut puhaltamaan kuin 24 asteista ilmaa. Meille kerrottiin sen olevan talviasetuksella, eikä asialle voinut tehdä mitään. Saimme onneksi siirron hotellin varjoisalle puolelle, joten huoneen lämpö ei noussut niin paljon, mutta ilma ei kyllä vaihtunut sielläkään. Kerran varasimme spa osaston käyttöömme. Siellä ei ollut pukuhuonetta eikä kunnon pukeutumis tilaa. Mukana olevat tavarat piti laskea lattialle, suihkutiloissa ei ollut pesuainetta, eikä mitään laskutilaa omille pesutuotteille. Tiloihin päästettiin kerraallaan max 6henkilöä. Saunat eivät myöskään olleet lämpimiä kun menimme sinne, vaan meidän piti odotella niiden lämpiämistä 30 min ja tuo kylpylä aika oli 1h. Hyvä ruoka ja palvelu tässä hotellissa oli iso plussa.

Dear guest,We are happy to hear this, we are trying our best and look forward to this kind oif message to improve our services.We would like to apologize for the air conditioning in the hotel, but at this moment, the hotel system is scheduled in heating, because during the night it is very fresh despite the sun at the day.
