Sehr geehrter Gast,Wir freuen uns dies zu hören, wir versuchen unser bestes.Wir teilen Ihnen mit, dass wir 24 Std. jemanden an der Rezeption haben der alles versuchen wird Ihnen zu helfen. Sie können uns auch den ganzen Tag per Telefon erreichen. Wir haben mit unserem Reinigungspersonal gesprochen mit dies mit den Rollen nicht wieder vorkommt, diese müssten blockiert werden. Wir teilen Ihnen auch gerne mit, dass wir auf Anfrage Doppelbetten und Wasserkochen in den Zimmer vorbereiten können, allerdings dürfen wir dies im Voraus nicht bestätigen. Auch wegen den Badezimmerartikel möchten wir Sie informieren, dass das Plastik abgeschafen wird und wir durch diese neuen Gesätze leider daran leiden.
