Staff lovely, great location, accessible

Had a great stay here in July. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is great value for money. Breakfasts are epic, the rooms are clean and functional, and the location - just steps away from a beautiful beach - is perfect. Highly recommend for those on a budget.

Beautiful

The hotel was perfect, close to the beach, shops and bars. The pool area faces the sea and is perfect for lazing. The food was good and plenty of it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good bus links to the centre of Palma where there are great links all over the island. If you like cycling there are rentals available and a new cycle path runs right into the city. You can't fail to have a great time.

Bon hôtel, avec situation idéale et excellent repas. Voici les bémols : - chambres un peu petites (peu de places pour poser les valises) -0.5 point; - débarras des tables au petit déjeuner un peu long, manque une machine à café dans la salle des repas (queues pour prendre une boisson chaude lorsqu'il y a du monde) -0.5 point; - salle des repas un peu bruyante lorsqu'il y a du monde (surtout le cas pour le petit déjeuner) -0.5 point; - remplissage du flacon de savon et de gel douche en chambre pas fait un matin -> flacons vides lorsque nous sommes revenus de la plage : -0.5 point; - nous avisons en présentiel la réception du fait des flacons vides; après 20 minutes, la femme de ménage n'était toujours pas là ! Appel téléphonique à la réception pour rappeler notre attente sur les flacons. 10 minutes après, enfin les flacons de savon et de douche gel sont apportés ! Pour cette attente de 30 minutes : - 0.5 point. Donc 7.5 points sur un total de 10 points.

Don‘t book there … the Hotel does not even exist, because it is a huge construction place. You will be sent to another hotel in El Arenal. Ebookers will not help you, because they are not reacting at all…. Terrible experience!! They keep your money and nobody helps.

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Nach dem duschen stand das Bad regelmässig unter Wasser. Die Bettdecken waren nicht bezogen und das Essen war nur zufriedenstellend. Unser eigentlich gebuchtes Hotel war wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen was wir erst erfuhren als wir vor der verschlossenen Eingangstür standen.
