The hotel was modern and stylish. There was no full size pool however there was 2 plunge pools, and the rooftop provided excellent views of Palma. It was situated in a rough looking area but close to the marina and transport was good. It was a long walk to the centre of Palma about 40 minutes in the heat. The one thing for me to improve would be having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However there was a fridge and glasses provided. The room was small but very stylish and functional and the balcony was small but had great views and nice furniture. Breakfast was brilliant and included free cava. Customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lift was broken for a week when we stayed so this was a problem for the elderly/less fit guests but not so much with us. We had an early check in and a free drink on arrival which was great.

Location: Local restaurants & marina are walking distance. Main shopping/restaurants are long walk. We easily got taxis for excellent meal in Kao
The outside appearence doesnt do this quirky boutique hotel justice. But once inside we loved it. Staff were young, friendly, efficient & polite. Breakfast was super & light lunch excellent. Only small criticism was the superior king was two twins beds pushed together. However, we will recommend & return.

Great hotel !

We had a really good time at Hotel Feliz. Welcome drinks, happy hour, delicious breakfast, very helpful staff, cozy atmosphere and much more ! We highly recommend it ! Thanks !

Very nice hotel, clean and stylish. Fab breakfast and sun terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cava was given on arrival which was a nice touch and bottle left in the room on or penultimate night. Would highly recommend and stay again!

lovely hotel for a short city break.

Pros: friendly,clean and lovely bar area.
Cons: More suited to couples as pool area was small for families.
Location: great location near plenty of bars/restaurants and not too far from marina and old town.
quirky, boutique hotel. 25 mins walk from the old town. great staff and a clean,comfortable room. good value for money for a short city break.Had a great time.

Sehr laute Umgebung, Hauptstrasse direkt vor dem Hotel, auch nachts sehr lärmig. Sehr ringhöriges Hotel, man kann alles und jeden im Hotel hören, v.a. nachts. Nur ca. 70 Meter neben dem Hotel eine Riesenbaustelle. Den ganzen Tag über Lärm von Presslufthämmern. Sehr kleines Zimmer, ich konnte mich kaum bewegen. Einzig das Bett war sehr bequem und genügend gross.

Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen eindeutigen Stil, aber viele sympathische, nützliche oder einfach aufgestellte Details. Das Morgenbuffet war ein Traum!!! Der Slogan "Happyness is easy" trifft es voll!

Das Hotel hat einen sehr persönlichen Charme, die Mitarbeiter sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist exzellent und sehr reichhaltig.
