Spotlessly clean hotel with every Covid 19 measure in place for tourists. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it 👍

An OK stay

I've been to better places, I've been to worse. The hotel is beautifully positioned by the sea front, beach and marina. Las Arenas was wholly average, which for its star rating and the cost of the holiday was what I expected before arriving. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the room was well serviced and the hotel as a whole was clean and tidy. Not too many Brits there, mostly Germans but everyone was friendly. Only real disappointment for me was the pool, the photograph of it was cleverly done and makes it look much bigger, in truth it was very small and because of the time of the year and its position in the hotel, it only got sun in early afternoon, but again not a complaint, with the sun low due to the time of year I suppose in high summer it would see much more sun. Don't expect miracles here, I got what I expected from the money I paid and had a good relaxing few days in the sun.

great holiday!

My friend and I had a wonderful holiday at Las Arenas,We really enjoyed our seaview ,The food was very good,The hotel was spotless.We could not find fault with anything,the location was super, close to everything.Hopefully we will go back next year.

As a solo traveller this hotel offers quite a lot of benefits.

Very good. However, my bag was stolen and later recovered. The guy who found my bag took it to Las Arenas hotel. I rang the hotel receptionist who confirmed my bag was there but asked me to ring back and talk to her boss. I have tried phoning, emailing but cannot get a response. This is very frustrating!

Web Photos deceptive

Came back yesterday. Clean hotel with fab location. Food only average - be aware hotel photographs very misleading - pool area tiny and in the shade until after 2pm. Okay if you don't use pool area but I do and wasn't able to. Beach right in front of hotel but sunbed hire cost 21euroes for 3 beds so expensive to do everyday! An ok hotel just not for me.

Getaway 4 day break.

Staff at reception were professional and friendly. The view from my room was fantastic! The balcony overlooked the beach, marina and Palma Bay and caught the sun in the morning. Breakfast was sumptuous - every taste was catered for and the food was delicious. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and small boutiques. Bicycles, scooters and cars can be hired nearby. I really enjoyed my stay.

Romantic mini break

Very nice hotel, excellently situated right on the beach. Worth the small amount extra paid for a sea view. Staff very pleasant and helpful and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free air conditioning and fridge in the room were a bonus. Only negative comment I would make is that the pool and surrounding area is very small and not adequate for a hotel with over 200 rooms....having said that the beach is right on your doorstep so what more can you ask for!
