Nice hotel, close to the beech.

The rooms, especially the bathroom are first class for a hot climate and everything worked. Don't expect a large selection of English speaking TV channels only BBC1 BBBC2 and RT were available. Free water was placed in the room each evening and the Two restaurants on site, and Italian restaurant just down the road were better than anything else within walking distance. Very close to the beech with its own sunbathing area, you could do an awful lot worse and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is more in line with a 4 star hotel

We made a mistake booking the wrong pure salt hotel (our mistake) however we hoped the quality and location would be just as good. The hotel was nice and the team all very nice. Rooms have been refurbished and look nice but the beds and quality of pillows are not great. Nice sunbathing area with terrace with restaurant and bar which was nice too. The biggest issue we had was the area. The hotel has gorgeous views overlooking the beach front however it's extremely busy with lots of drunk people from morning to night.

Fantastic luxury stay in Mallorca!

Location: Set in the touristy part of Palma along the long stretch of beach, conveniently located for bars and restaurants. Very close to the airport.
Stayed in sea view junior suite for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The room was huge with a massive bed, sofa, hot tub, 2 TVs and a minibar. There was also a large terrace with 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying great views of the beach. Attached to the hotel is a spa which was just as luxurious as the hotel. Hotel is much more upmarket than its peers in the same area.

So-so hotel with no wifi in room as advertised

rude dining staff but friendly desk staff. Very small room. Very small pool. No wifi in room as advertised. Pluses include its very, very close proximity to the beach.
