Chic hotel near metro

My boyfriend and I went to Paris for his birthday. The room was lovely and exactly how expected. Staff were friendly and helpful although a little slow with getting things sometimes. Our room was ready on arrival but we got a complimentary drink while we waited and as requested they did something special in honour of my boyfriends birthday which added was lovely.

fantastic hotel

great hotel and great service. Staff were polite and even upgraded our room as a special treat for my wife and I. So modern and chic. Great location too

Great

Lovely hotel had great experience for the weekend. Staff are great and very helpful . Only one problem I found with this place was the Internet .... Not very good at all but apart from that it's a great hotel

Parfait

Une seule nuit lors de notre petit week end parisien tout était parfait , emplacement idéal pour visiter le cœur de Paris et l'olympia proche de l'hôtel même à pied se fait sans problème. Personnel Accueillant et à l'écoute . Bref Très bon hôtel .

Sejour mitigé

J'ai été un peu déçu de mon passage dans cet hôtel pour le simple raison que : le service n’était pas à la hauteur du standing (incapacité à écrire le nom du client et donc difficultés avec la connexion internet) Nourriture commandée livrée en chambre certes mais qualité passable limite médiocre (tiramisu à moitié congelé) Des tâches sur la fauteuil en chambre (à ce demander si le nettoyage est fait ou si qq contrôle). Pour le reste rien à redire. design impeccable, la literie, la douche nickel. je n'ai pas osé aller au petit déjeuner le matin tellement j'étais deçu.

Loud and WIFI was no good

The hotel is very nice and clean and the paid breakfast is actually very good for busy travelers, but I was on the first floor just above the reception and so I could hear even when people outside the hotel rang the bell to get in. I had ear plugs which took care of the noise, you can also hear/feel the vibration of the RER train going underground and that was not pleasant at all. Then the WIFI was horrible, it broke down all the time. I was on vacation, so I couldnt care, but if I was there for work, I would be very upset that I cant really use the internet. I told the staff my feedback about it also. So perhaps a room in a higher floor would be ok. Despite these two problems, the hotel is very nice and the bed and pillows were very confortable and I slept very well despite the noise (earplugs people!). And the breakfast was delicious. From the reception Christian and Marie were very nice and helpful. Another good point is that is right next to Saint-Lazare's station, so you can take any conections to metro or train from there. I would stay there again, but in a higher room.
