Yeah hotel was in great location but was run down a bit and they gave my room away to another person and left me with a smaller room than I paid for .

Close to Disneyland Good Hotel

Good hotel to stay and near to Disneyland. First day in the room find lots of ant and insects due to ground room on garden side. After complaining they gave us another room on second floor. Was very good. Breakfast was good wide choice though same menu everyday. Elevator was not working. Overall good satisfying experience.

Not for 1st timers to disneyland

Rooms were basic but kept really clean. My family and I found beds comfy and slept well. Linen/ towels changed daily. Read complaints about rooms but I found them adequate. There is some wear and tear, it's a busy hotel. I did miss having a kettle and iron in the room but other than those it's pretty much on par with holiday inn etc. Bar and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Drinks prices were quite high compared to Scotland but food was cheap enough. Buffet was fine for price but get early breakfast as it gets really busy from 9am. Other than bar and restaurant it's just vending machines. Not great selection in these. Reception staff are unhelpful and dismissive. We had torrential rain one day and it was freezing. We were soaked through despite waterproof ponchos and my daughter got quite ill, I'm also pregnant. The heat wasn't on in rooms so I asked if we could borrow a heater but was told no. Couldn't get extra blankets or anything which was really disappointing, she didn't even fake concern for our wellbeing! a few people we spoke to hadn't been aware there was a restaurant on site so had been living on sandwiches from the bar. There didn't seem to be any consistency regarding information provided at check in so some of us knew about some things and others didn't. Not much in way of advertising what's on in Disneyland either and some of the services advertised in hotel aren't provided by the hotel, nor can they tell you how or where to go for them. Eg. Paris tours etc. There is a bus to the CDG airport. There were 8 pick ups a day when we were there. This isn't advertised but if u ask at reception they'll give you a leaflet(maybe!) I did find reception were guilty of being able to speak English to one person but not the next which I found odd. It appeared to be laziness, if they couldn't be bothered or didn't know the answer it seemed their understanding of English was very little. Got a laugh when one particular receptionist tried this and the guest then changed to French. The receptionist didn't look happy and had to call for help. The same receptionist walked by me in another part of the hotel speaking to another guest in fluent English with no hesitation. This is why I believe it to be laziness or don't care attitude rather than a genuine language barrier. Although bar staff genuinely have limited English but they are still friendly and more helpful than reception. If you've been to Disney before then this hotel would be fine but if it's your 1st time and you don't know what to expect I think the true Disney hotels would be more helpful in way of shows and advice. likewise if your a wary traveller then the lack of advice and assistance won't help relieve your anxiety.

Pleasant family holiday

Hotel is excellent but the price of food and drink is very expensive - main evening meal buffet for one person is 21euro and a breakfast is 11euro. Rooms are nice and clean but we had a baby in a pram, on the first day we asked if we could be moved onto the ground floor and they refused and we stayed on the 2nd floor, the lift did break down just to make things more hard work for us! With having a baby with us we needed to boil water, no kettle in the room, we asked at reception and they could only offer us 'you can fill them up at breakfast' costing us 11euro (personally I don't eat breakfast!) Other than that the hotel was pretty basic and did the job, Disney was a short ram packed journey away via bus. I enjoyed our stay.

comfortable stay

Clean, practical and comfortable hotel, bus ride away from Disneyland Paris. We used it as a stop over before our Disney hotel stay. Free luggage lockers, Disney shop, café/bar and restaurant. Recent addition of a small animal farm which was nice. Bus is a fight to get on and off sometimes at busy periods.

Close to action at reasonable price with a few buts ..

Hotel is close to Disney 10 min bus ride and is very reasonable price wise considering. My but is the customer service the room safe was not working so I reported on first day arrived to be told they don't have any maintenance staff on till 8am tomorrow and will get them to fix then. So we had to take all our things with us to the park. On our return safe was not fixed so reported again to be told maintenance staff do not arrive till 9am tomorrow and they will fix then. I told reception again in the morning it needs fixing before setting off to the park with all our things again. We return from park not fixed and left next day with still a broken safe. Room wise, Beds are hard and pillows are paper thin, curtains are not black out so light comes straight through in morning, generally clean and done everyday, TV only one English Channel and no Disney channel! Shop is very small and not much in it. Bus timetable for park was a month out of date so not much use. Bus back from park after 11 when park finishes is rammed and a free for all not controlled by anyone so people just push you out of the way. Very hard for people with prams to get on.

Couple Getaway

Our visit at the Kyriad was pleasant. The room was nice, close to the main building and the bus station. Our TV didn't work, but we weren't going to watch it anyway so we didn't mind. Had a few problems getting checked in, but they were solved and sorted straight away, they were very apologetic as it was their fault. Buses came daily, it would have been nicer if they came more frequently but I can't complain as they are free/included in your stay. It is basic but that is what you are paying for. Me and my partner would be happy to go back.
