The property is centrally located and close to several metro station. There’s a metro and a bus stop near the apart hotel. The staff are very friendly and the apartment was spotless. There is a supermarket called Casino opposite the hotel on Rue chemin vert…prices are quite reasonable.Very convenient to have that supermarket near the hotel and the prices are not convenient store prices. The hotel has a free locker room for your luggage; if you’re waiting to be checked in and after you check out. There’s also unlimited free tea and coffee near the reception area.

Comfortable stay

We stayed here for 2 nights after our stay at another citadine aparthotel near the Gare de Lyon. This one is a lot more expensive than the Gare de Lyon one, also the shops are further away. This hotel is newer but I honestly prefer the Gare de Lyon one better value.

Paris Apart hotel

Very friendly, helpful staff on reception. Very spacious apartment with all mod cons. Balcony at front and at rear for sitting out if required. Good central location - maybe a bit far for the Arc de Triomph if you are walking. Close to metro stations. Some ventillation noise. Main positive aspect is that you can save a bit of money by not having to eat out all the time at Paris prices by using the kitchen for some meals! Reception even have shopping trolleys for you to borrow to go to the market or supermarket. (80 yards away)

Mit dem Roller oder der Bahn ist man schnell in der Innenstadt von Paris. Die Apartments sind ausreichend groß. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abends ist in der Gegend nicht viel los.

Studio petit mais tres bien aménagé. Rien ne manque et suffisamment de place pour ranger ses affaires. En outre bonne situation proche de plusieurs ligne de metro. In seul petit bémol : aucun changement des serviettes de toilette pour un sejour de 5 nuits est insuffisant.

Pros: Tilava, seinät eivät heti kaadu päälle, ei siis normaali neliönmuotoinen. Siistiä, henkilökunta ystävällistä.
Hyvä sijainti, hiukan sivussa mutta kuitenkin lähellä. Siirtymät helppoja. Metropysäkit lähellä, kauppoja sekä muita, ravintoloita, leipomoita jne.
