I didn’t like the fact the room was filthy, dusty, mouldy showers, noise all night, heaviest doors in the world and very child unfriendly, not enough breakfast, tiny breakfast room.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret to see that your stay hasn't been as good as expected. Our cleaning service is strict about cleanliness and we are very careful about letting nothing like such things mentionned in the rooms. Children are of course welcome here and we often receive families, so we don't understand your comment about us being child unfriendly. Our breakfast contains bread, pastries, pancakes, yogurts, eggs, jams, fruits and much more, so it's quite varied, please tell us how we could possibly improve it. The breakfast room is proportional to the hotel itself, which is quite small. We hope to welcome you again to show you our efforts. Regards.

Delightful and helpful staff. Situated in a quiet street in an interesting area with plenty of bars and restaurants and easy walk to the river. Room was small and bathroom smaller but age and ‘character’ of building was more important. Maybe some fresh fruit, muesli or nuts/seeds would have made the breakfast even better. Cheese and wine in the evening was a definite plus!

Nice hotel, great location,

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, hotel looks different indoors than some pictures advertised, but rooms are comfy and clean; few minutes walk to Eiffel Tour and tour buses, shops are also located nearby. Organised transfer through hotel from airport to hotel and it was late to pick us up, by over an hour, but our shuttle from hotel back to airport was perfect. Complimentary cheese and wine every night in hotel which was a nice gesture.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Just by the Eiffel Tower, near tube and other facilities and restaurants/cafes. Rooms are good but not great, tiny bathroom in the triple room. But it’s clean. Not advised for who can’t take stairs.
