dear guest, We are sorry to read you did not enjoy your stay. The room size is due to the structure of Hausmannian buildings, which is very typical of central Paris. The bedding (mattesses) were changed this month in all the rooms. As for the sheets, our housekeeping staff changes them often when you stay several days. The staff should be here to help you in every need and question you have, we apologize they were unfriendly to you. We take note of all your remarks to improve our service. Best regards, Eléonore
