Very friendly and kind staff, bus stop is just in front of the hotel , could use 2 tube stations lots of nice restaurants and bakeries around ,nice clean room . The only downside is the loud traffic but I will still go back to the hotel when I go to Paris .

I’m disappointed with the hotel. I should’ve read more reviews about it before booking, but might just me. Hotel location is okay, but it’s in a bit dodgy place. 4 mins walk away from the Metro where it takes you anywhere in the city. Hotel lobby and breakfast area are tiny but we were greeted with very nice staff so i guess that was okay. But when we got to our room, on the third floor, the door is literally beside the smallest elevator i’ve been in and you could hear every noise anyone makes outside your door. Very narrow hallways as well and room is not sound proof. (Well what was I expecting right? for 3 star hotel in Paris?) However, the room we got looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, dust everywhere, like literally. I am not exaggerating. I asked if we could change rooms but they were fully booked so we had to get on with it. Needless to say, Never coming back to this hotel and definitely not recommending it.

Hotel bruyant, si vous aimer l'auberge espagnol et dormir avec des inconnus allez y. Et encore dormir, c'est bien trop dire. Mais perso les 3 etoiles sur paris c'est finis pour moi. Je deconseille.

Mangelnde Hygiene, staubig und Aussicht war auf die anderen Zimmern. Für den Preis erfüllt es nicht die 3 Sterne Kriterien. Personal war nett und nach Reklamation bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer.

Die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Dieser Lift war auch eine Zumutung. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovation ertragen. Das Hotel ist OK, mehr aber nicht. Die Lage fand ich super. In der Nähe, an der Rue de la Roquette z.B. hat es ein Lokal nach dem anderen und auch an den Seitenstrassen, findet man immer wieder ein neues Schmuckstück. Es ist auch nicht allzu touristisch, das hat mir gut gefallen.
