Quiet, yet close to the center

Pros: Cleanliness, location, professional and helpfull staff.
Cons: Not very The lift is beautiful, old art deco style, but tiny. The stairs were also very narrow and steep. This place is for people with disabilities.
Location: Quiet side street near the line 7 (the route goes by the Seine) metro stations, one kilometer to Opera Garnier and 500 m to Rue de Martyrs.
Very good value for money. Located 500 m from Cadet metro station, on a quiet side street. Small, but not cramped, clean and nice room. Clean bathroom, hot water from the shower, linen and towels exchanged daily. Good WIFI, new tv, air conditioning worked fine. Lovely art deco hall and small courtyard with tables next to the hotel restaurant. Staff spoke good English, and were helpful and professional. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the tiny restaurant/breakfast room looked nice. There are a few nice coffees within 300 meters on Rue de Lafayette that serve breakfast.

Great hotel! Super friendly staff!!

My wife and our two children had a fantastic time at the Hotel Bienvenue! The rooms are beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer!
