Cher Client Nous avons pris bonne note de vos commentaires, et nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Votre avis en tant que client est très important car il nous aide à nous améliorer constamment. Nous nous excusons pour le manque de propreté de votre chambre. Nous vous assurons que le ménage est fait quotidiennement par nos femmes de chambres selon des règles très strictes. Des contrôles quotidiens sont également effectués par notre gouvernante mais ces derniers n’ont pas suffi. Nous allons donc redoubler de vigilance. Nous espérons pouvoir nous rattraper en vous accueillant une prochaine fois chez nous. Cordialement
