Dear guest, Thank you for this good note, We want to tell that we are sorry if you found the outside not very clean but we are also surprised because our front is cleaned and washed every day and during summer we propose a terrace for our guest because the place is quiet and lovely.Concerning homeless people we can't avoid the presence of one or two during the day like in a lot of cities but the area is safe.However, we hope you will visit again,Best regards, CamilleFront desk
