This hotel is in an excellent location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but functional and very clean. The breakfast was alright, although when we stayed here, there was only one staff member in charge of refilling the food, clearing and setting the tables - it was too much for one person to do, so things were a bit chaotic and the breakfast offer differed greatly depending on how quickly you could run to the buffet.

Liked that its gated, is also close to the metro and many restaurant are near. Though i wished that the room had fridge to store snacks we wish to bring homeas souviners.

Dear guest, Thank you for this good note, We want to tell that we are sorry if you found the outside not very clean but we are also surprised because our front is cleaned and washed every day and during summer we propose a terrace for our guest because the place is quiet and lovely.Concerning homeless people we can't avoid the presence of one or two during the day like in a lot of cities but the area is safe.However, we hope you will visit again,Best regards, CamilleFront desk

A nice hotel with good location and friendly staff. The only minus was the breakfast that only icluded sweet stuff and no eggs, cold cuts or greens. Gess it's the Frech way though.

Regarding the breakfast (cheaper than most of the hotels in Paris), we made the choice of a sweet one with a large choice of products : hot drinks, fresh juices, pancakes, breads, toasts, cereals, yoghurts, waffles, pastries, muffins, fresh fruits salad, ...
