Dear guest, We are sorry for the experience but as explained during your stay, we unfortunately had a problem with one of the machines which normally profide the wifi service. As it accured on a week end and specialy during a holidays (and of the year) we did not had the possibility te resolve it earlier. Also, please note that the kitchen and fridge that you may saw is not normally used by the guests. We may have allowed you to use it exceptionnally to help but we insist, it's an internal place which ONLY for the staff uses (pauses, lunch ...). Best regards,
