Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, customer satisfation is very important for us and any feedback is helpful to improve ourself! I am so sorry to read that the breakfast was not up to your taste, we offer a buffet of cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastry, bread... Regarding the matress some people like it to be firm, medium ferm, or not at all. Hotel's matress usualy please our customers and selected in order to do so, it is a mater of personal taste. Still i am happy to read that you apreciate our customer service and the quiet location of our hotel! Best regards
