This was my second stay at the Elysee and I really do rate this hotel. There are a couple of things that let it down slightly but overall it is a fantastic place to stay. Firstly, the location is perfect. It is across the road from both the train station and Val d'Europe shopping centre. We were staying for a Disney trip and its so easy and convenient to get the RER A line which is just one short train stop away. The shuttle bus to Disney is running on a far reduced capacity because of coronavirus, but because its so close to the train station this really doesn't matter. I usually travel alone with my two children (8 and 1) and whilst this feels like much more of a 'grown up' hotel, its really great for travelling with a baby/toddler for a couple of reasons. The travel cot provided is the best I've come across; really roomy and the mattress is thick and comfortable. I always book a premium room which includes a fridge which is great for keeping fresh cows milk in (you can get this from Auchan supermarket in the Val d'Europe shopping centre or this trip I discovered the Monop shop opposite the train station which is far smaller, nicer and easier to get around). The hotel itself is immaculate and really feels like a 4*. The rooms are fantastic. I love the extra touches like the fancy light up mirror in the bathroom, the blackput drapes are amazing but make waking up difficuly

The hotel was a lovely and modern. Staff were lovely apart from one instance. On 3 occassions in the morning (twice before check out time), housekeeping and another member of staff knocked on the door and then opened it when we couldnt get to door in time. The 3rd time was during and extended check out. We had informed reception staff of the first 2 occasions but it happened again. This time I was in my underwear! It really wasn't ok for this to happen. That aside, it was a lovely place with a good breakfast and very polite staff which is always very welcome.
