A dump practically falling apart

I spent three nights with my sons at Renoir, and was sorely disappointed. The staff was averagely friendly, but the overall look of the interiors was dirty unkempt and neglected. Our "room for three" was a tiny room with two beds + an extra one that barely fit inside. The extra bed was broken, but it took the staff over 24 hours (and four times reminding) to replace; the bathroom lock was broken off, as were hooks for towels. The TV remote was broken and missing batteries (which they replaced, but failed to bring to the room, I had to go and find it myself). Dust was on the floor and under the bed.. Trash from a previous occupant was left inside a bedside drawer. The cool-box was locked and the key missing. The bathtub plug was useless.. During our three-night stay, the cleaning lady only came once. On our last night even the sink stopped working, but we didn´t bother anymore. On the positive side: Metro station just around the corner. Luckily we mostly just slept at the hotel, so our holiday in Paris was saved.

Good Value, Nice location

This hotel met expectations in all but two instances. Our first night, (stay for 2), we were admitted as a late check in by the night concierge. Helpful as he was, he could not do anything about the leak in the bathroom which appeared to emanate from the base of the lavatory pan. Niether could he fathom out why the room door refused to lock on exit. He lacked the authority or capacity to change our room. He did supply more towels to lay on the bathroom floor. He did his best. The next day, staff arranged a room transfer, larger bathroom, no leaks. Only other gripe, they charge Eu5 for 24hrs WiFi access. Vavin Metro is nearby and connects to all the central Paris sites, but do not stray beyond the Paris limits on your Metro ticket. The fine for doing so is Eu33 per passenger, if caught..The Latin quarter is about 5 stops away and you will definately pay more for equivalent accomodation in that area. Have fun, we did.

Long weekend

Perfectly adequate hotel and well located for sightseeing in Paris. There is a Paris room tax that we were not aware of until we were asked to pay on check out. It was only 1 Euro per night per person.

On vend Paris et emplacement mais hôtel lugubre et déprimant. Aucune isolation sonore. On entend le voisin se moucher… les tuyauteries et aux étages inférieurs mini tremblement à chaque passage du métro. Sinon personnel chaleureux et sans chichi.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren als 4köpfige Familie im Zimmer 15. Der Boden ist zwar verkratzt aber sauber. Das Bettsofa unbequem, aber ich kenne kein bequemes... Bad ist schöner als erwartet und auch sauber. Kein Gestank im Zimmer, im ganzen Hotel nicht. Frühstück für 12€ war super. Kleiner Nachteil: Lärm von der Metro, jedoch nicht während der Nacht. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Pidennetty viikonloppuloma

Huone oli tilavampi kuin mitä oletin. Täytti ne perusedellytykset, että siellä käytiin vain yöt nukkumassa ja päivät oltiin nähtävyyksiä katselemassa. Hieman nuhjuinen, mutta se oli jo lähtöoletuskin. Todella hyvien yhteyksien varralle. Ainakin kaksi metroasemaa ihan vieressä. Internetyhteys toimi loistavasti.
