Dear Guest, We thank you for your comment and hope you have had a safe trip back home. First of all, I would like to inform you that we are more than sorry if we did not meet your expections. However, after checking I can tell that it is a big misunderstanding ! The day of your departure our hotel was fully booked. You knew our check out time is until noon, the receptionnist was expecting you to be back at 02:00PM. As you were not back, they called you but you were unreachable. So, they brought your lugagge down in our storage. Be sure our receptionnist did not want to disappoint you Do not forget that we are working with conviction and our only goal is to make people happy. Until now, it is the first time that we have this kind of review. As you can read in the other reviews we have no complain about our team as they are friendly, volontary and helpful. I will be very honored to welcome you again and I will be very proud to make your stay unforgettable. Cher, Chère Lian, Nous vous remercions d'avoir partagé vos impressions suite à votre séjour à l'hôtel Square. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que celui ci n'a pas été à l'hauteur de vos attentes et pour tant nous nous efforçons chaque jour pour donner le meilleur service et qualité. Notre restaurant le Zebra est actuellement fermé pour travaux d'embellissement.Nous proposons toujours un service petit déjeuner au choix petit déjeuner continental ou un petit déjeuner américain mais pas un petit déjeuner buffet.Le petit déjeuner termine à 11h, est possible que la quantité des produits à la fin du service ne soit pas ce que vous attendiez et nous sommes vraiment désolés, notre personnel en salle propose d'autres choix le cas échéant. Les travaux de rénovation sont en cours à l'heure actuelle, mais les nuisances sonores ne commencent pas avant 11h,est possible que de travaux dans les alentours soient les responsables de votre réveil matinal. En ce qui concerne le manque de service de votre chambre à 17h, nous sommes conscients que cela a été un dérangement, et nous nous sommes excusés et nous avons proposé le service dès que vous êtes rentrés et même après pendant que vous étiez à l'extérieur pour le souper. De ce fait, nous vous avons offert une bouteille de champagne,nous vous avons aussi proposé le petit déjeuner offert pendant votre séjour. Nous sommes conscients que la perfection n'existe pas, mais nous proposons à tous nos clients le meilleur service, le meilleur accueil et tout notre savoir faire et professionnalisme à votre entière disposition. Nous sommes vraiment navrés que vous gardiez cette impression, Nous serons bien heureux de vous accueillir toujours.
