Overall experience

The hotel is ok, the staff is some friendly but some need to improve, the price is higher than it should be, basically they don't care if you come back, nobody said to me to come back again or thank you for staying at the hotel, but overall it was ok you get what you pay for and when it is a first visit to Paris you miss French hospitality there

First time in Paris

I felt I got really lucky with the geographical location of this hotel - virtually on top of a metro station, well served by bus links and with a busy plaza/square within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was small, but perfect for a solo traveller who doesn't require much luxury, moreover it served very, very well as a base from which to plan/launch my tourist trips around the city.

Weekend away with the girlfriend

As a hotel it is pretty good, they have refurbished rooms with a toilet and shower, which was the one we got and i recommend getting these ones. Otherwise you have to go outside the room to the loo and pay for a shower (crazy!!). I wasn't meant to get that one and as a result they charged me extra after asking to change the room. All the staff agreed i shouldnt have to pay the full amount but the manager was something different and he was not a nice man about it all and blamed it all on me and said if you don't pay it then I would have to leave. Not very nice, but the rest of the staff are very nice!! Location is awesome, just a 10mins metro ride to anywhere you wanna go and to be honest pretty good for the money you pay for it seeing as I'm a student and was on a budget!!

The room was clean but the shower/toilet was completely moldy. The smell was terrible and gave me respiratory problems. Luckily we were able to change rooms. They provided only bath towels and one floor towel in the room but no hand towels!?!? The receptionist did not recommend their own breakfast so we decided to find it elsewhere. The rooms in the hotel are very small and basically don't have any amenities. The rooms are also very hot even if you keep the window open. Also some other customers were very loud very late in the night and if you keep the window open, you can hear everything.

Pas de petit déjeuner .. alors que le site le propose. Douche froid littéralement à 11h Trop cher pour une chambre avec salle de bain. Salle de bain étroite avec toilette. Pas très propre. Bruyant.
