Dear sir, Madam, Actually due to plan works, air conditioning is not operating in part of our hotel. We put electric fans to reduce the inconvenient, but we are aware that it does not replace air conditioning. We try to do our best not to start works before 10 am, and stop about 5pm. We are very sorry about the inconvenients that caused. We will be very pleased to welcome you in the future, when hotel will be entirely renovated. Best regards

Cher Hôte, Comme indiqué lors de votre arrivée, nous ne considérons pas les adolescents comme enfant et regrettons que les informations sur le site internet que vous avez choisi pour votre réservation aient été mal interprétées. Malgré les explications de la réception sur l'interdiction de séjourner a plus de 2 personnes (hors bébé) par chambres, pour des raisons de sécurité, vous avez décider d'utiliser un matelas gonflable sans le signaler et de séjourner à 3 personnes malgré le règlement de l’établissement. Nous regrettons ce malentendu et allons faire le nécessaire afin de clarifier les informations sur les sites de réservation. Cordialement,
