2nd trip to this hotel, brilliant.

I visited this hotel for a week around new years. Had an amazing time there, very close to a metro (which only costs 1.80 to go anywhere within zones 1 and 2 in paris, where most tourist attractions are) Staff are great, very helpful, polite and offered advice on anything we needed.

This is Motel, not Hotel. Bar in room is empty, you don't have Water (minimum). No Hotels restoran...I am really all the time in Novotel hotels, around the world, but this one is Motel.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel! Die Zimmer und das Teppich sind sehr dreckig und alt! Die Türen haben keinen schloss (wc)! Das Hotel presentiert sich sehr schön, vor ort aber ist es eine Katastrofe! Nicht genügend Platz für alles Gäste beim Morgenessen (wartezeit) alles sehr eng vom Morgenessen bis zu den Zimmen! Für diesen Preis ist die Qualität nicht an

Standard Hotel, nah bei Metro gelegen

Zimmergrösse ist okay, Bad war sauber. Hotelteppiche müssten erneuert werden. Preis / Leistung okay.

web site better than original

Pros: The bed
Cons: Cleanliness. And the bathrooms desperately need renovation.
Location: Location was ok. There is a nice indian restaurant nearby. Metro is also convenient.
We booked the hotel based on its web site. Unfortunately the real thing is not so nice. The bathroom is getting tired. The carpet is full of stains and not clean. BUT the bed is high standard. Very comfortable. We stayed at the Versailles Novotel which is much nicer and has complimentary pain au chocolat.

Séjour agréable, mais pas inoubliable

La chambre était relativement propre (poussière qui pend des spots...) et le service à la peine. Lorsque la chambre a été faite, il manquait les produits de douche. Il a fallu les demander deux fois pour en obtenir. Un plateau de room service a traîner toute la journée dans le corridor sans que personne ne s'en occupe. Le room service est annoncé de midi à minuit. Lorsque l'on a passé commande à 23h30, peu de chose était encore faisable, et le service a été correct mais peu sympathique. Notre séjour a été en ordre, mais j'attendais plus pour le standing annoncé. Quelques regrets. Il est à noté que le personnel c'est donné de la peine, et que le séjour a été dans l'ensemble agréable. Mais pas inoubliable.
