Nice hotel very close to Disneyland and shops

On arrival was welcomed very well. Was disappointed to see the breakfast which was charged 8€. It was a rip off. Our check out time was 11:30 am but they sent some random man to knock on our door who doesn't even speak English to kick us out at 11:00am.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience. As explicitly noted on the websites and posted throughout the Residence, departures end at 11:00 AM. Also, our housekeeping service goes through all the studios to check the actual departures and unfortunately that of the day does not speak English with our apologies for this inconvenience. Looking forward to welcoming you again.

Not A 3 star hotel

No Air condition in hotel but they are claimng on wrbsite. When you ask about it they said it is not working and need fixing. Stayed 5 days but didnt got fixed. In 4 days only 1 day some one come to change the bins. Hence they charged for service. Pretty close to the park and Val D Europe shopping center. Free parking.

Close to Disney

I would recommend and stay here again due to the location. Uber is about 6-7 euros to and from Disney and the 43 bus is right outside for 2 euro a person. The hotel also has a shuttle bus for 7 euros per room to bring you back from the parks in the evening however this was always fully booked when we tried to use it so uber wins. Staff were pleasent and one receptionist even translated a call from a uber driver to me when I needed help. Rooms are the pits in all honesty but the cost and location really meant we couldn't moan. We saved a fortune staying there and after a day in the parks you really are just to tired to care. We stayed for 3 nights in a studio with kitchette. Not really anything around to be able to buy bits to use in the kitchette though. The net curtains over the door to the pool from our room had something not very nice all up them. The carpet in the room was horrendously stained and the bathroom has what looked like cigarette burns all around the sink. All in all it allowed us to sleep which is all we used it for. The kids had a little splash in the pool on the last night and enjoyed themselves a lot whilst we packed and we could see them from the room with the back door open as we stayed on the ground floor. It's not the ritz, not even travelodge standard but it did the job for us and we would return again. If you can turn a blind eye and just want somewhere to put your heads down and have a wash when spending long days in Disney then this is 4 u

A good location and price

Using the 43 bus service that stops right outside and takes 6 minutes to the RER and Val D'Europe shopping center makes the balance of price and location this hotel's best feature. 20-25 minutes to Disneyland (one stop on the train), under 40 minutes into central Paris by train. We had a double room on the 1st floor overlooking the bus stop. It was quiet enough, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a small, very basically equipped kitchenette area and a kettle screwed to the desk. The carpet was stained and grubby as were the curtains. The patio doors (to juliet balcony) were smeary and mucky. There were patches of wall repaired with very little skill and everything needed a complete re-paint. The overall effect of the decor and cleanliness was of doing the bare minimum which is a real shame as with a little effort and a thorough clean it could've been much pleasanter. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't dreadful or dangerous to health but it was disappointing. We didn't let it spoil our trip and spent very little time in our room which was basically just a base for eating breakfast (we made our own) and sleeping at the end of each busy day.

The hotel is a good value for money. But what made us unhappy and really disappointed were: 1. A wifi that doesnt connect at all!! 2. The tv has no english channel or maybe an english subtitle. 3. It says on the description of the hotel that they have a shuttle, but they havent! 4. A phone that doesnt work. 5. Dirty carpet.

Very close to Disneyland

If you are looking for 5* then this hotel is not for you. My family and I stayed here from 23rd December to 27th December and was very happy with the hotel overall. It could do with a lick of paint and a change of carpets but for a hotel that you only sleep in (we spent every day in Disneyland from 9am to 10pm) it was perfect. It is a 10 minute drive to Disneyland so you are just as close as some of the park hotels but at half the price. As other reviews state there isn't a kettle, but we just filled the large saucepan with water to make tea and coffee. The shower is probably one of the best showers I have had in a hotel, the power and water supply was brilliant. The staff were friendly enough and helpful. The only problem we encountered was the parking. The outside parking got very full, and as we had a large family car and a roof-box we were unable to use the underground parking. Will definitely return when i next visit Disneyland!!
