This is a suitable accommodation if you're going to Disneyland, but if you're planning to spend some days in Paris allot 1 1/2 hrs for travel time to and from the Centre.

Great location for Disney and Paris.

Fantastic location. Val D’Europe and Disney are minutes away. Paris by train is only 40 mins. Hotel is just starting to look tired. But it is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is a godsend if you have children. We have stayed here before and would do again if we where going to Disney. Especially for the price you couldn’t do much better.

Bad reception but good stay

Pros: Beds
we checked in around 11 PM and had to wait for more than an hour to check in. We had about a dozen kids screaming around rightly; after a long flight and drive to the hotel...The receptionist did not have a clue on what was going on and we had to interrupt to make him change the priority of his check-in !!!! Next day morning, the receptionist did not have a clue of what had happened the previous night but was very rude and defending the earlier night event!!!!!! The other receptionist was more considerate..... So, your stay and experience will be a chance but be ready for any surprise in the hotel...

Close to Disneyland family hotel

Pros: Proximity to Dsineyland
Cons: They need to renovate a lot.
Location: Shopping center Val D’Europe and Disneyland are lose
We have stayed here 6 years aho but since then they did not maintain for anything. Room rates are not cheap but they seem to spend the money something else then to the maintenace or staff. Staff is not sufficient and not trained. Rooms are smelly, bathtub and heating equipment are in rust. Breakfast is not adequate. Serving staff is only one.

Nice hotel very close to Disneyland and shops

On arrival was welcomed very well. Was disappointed to see the breakfast which was charged 8€. It was a rip off. Our check out time was 11:30 am but they sent some random man to knock on our door who doesn't even speak English to kick us out at 11:00am.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience. As explicitly noted on the websites and posted throughout the Residence, departures end at 11:00 AM. Also, our housekeeping service goes through all the studios to check the actual departures and unfortunately that of the day does not speak English with our apologies for this inconvenience. Looking forward to welcoming you again.

Not A 3 star hotel

No Air condition in hotel but they are claimng on wrbsite. When you ask about it they said it is not working and need fixing. Stayed 5 days but didnt got fixed. In 4 days only 1 day some one come to change the bins. Hence they charged for service. Pretty close to the park and Val D Europe shopping center. Free parking.

Close to Disney

I would recommend and stay here again due to the location. Uber is about 6-7 euros to and from Disney and the 43 bus is right outside for 2 euro a person. The hotel also has a shuttle bus for 7 euros per room to bring you back from the parks in the evening however this was always fully booked when we tried to use it so uber wins. Staff were pleasent and one receptionist even translated a call from a uber driver to me when I needed help. Rooms are the pits in all honesty but the cost and location really meant we couldn't moan. We saved a fortune staying there and after a day in the parks you really are just to tired to care. We stayed for 3 nights in a studio with kitchette. Not really anything around to be able to buy bits to use in the kitchette though. The net curtains over the door to the pool from our room had something not very nice all up them. The carpet in the room was horrendously stained and the bathroom has what looked like cigarette burns all around the sink. All in all it allowed us to sleep which is all we used it for. The kids had a little splash in the pool on the last night and enjoyed themselves a lot whilst we packed and we could see them from the room with the back door open as we stayed on the ground floor. It's not the ritz, not even travelodge standard but it did the job for us and we would return again. If you can turn a blind eye and just want somewhere to put your heads down and have a wash when spending long days in Disney then this is 4 u

A good location and price

Using the 43 bus service that stops right outside and takes 6 minutes to the RER and Val D'Europe shopping center makes the balance of price and location this hotel's best feature. 20-25 minutes to Disneyland (one stop on the train), under 40 minutes into central Paris by train. We had a double room on the 1st floor overlooking the bus stop. It was quiet enough, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a small, very basically equipped kitchenette area and a kettle screwed to the desk. The carpet was stained and grubby as were the curtains. The patio doors (to juliet balcony) were smeary and mucky. There were patches of wall repaired with very little skill and everything needed a complete re-paint. The overall effect of the decor and cleanliness was of doing the bare minimum which is a real shame as with a little effort and a thorough clean it could've been much pleasanter. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't dreadful or dangerous to health but it was disappointing. We didn't let it spoil our trip and spent very little time in our room which was basically just a base for eating breakfast (we made our own) and sleeping at the end of each busy day.
