Couples retreat

Not impressed. Bathroom had no heating no curtain so everybody could see in or you shower in the dark. Carpets were stained and thread bare. No bar no resturant. The headboard is all stained and dirty, or blankets were ripped. The staff were very nice though and very helpful

Weekend getaway

We found the Hotel to be in a brilliant location in Paris. Upon arrival we found the reception area to be really clean and tidy . The staff were brilliant and really helpful . The room was ok and tidy , the only downfall being the cracked tile in bathroom and paint peeling off in the bathroom . Just a very short walk away are some really nice bars serving good food and happy hour drinks. We found getting around from the hotel to be really good by taxi. And to get back to airport we used the shared taxi service and was a lot cheaper than a single trip taxi.

Great base for exploring

The hotel was great, with a choice of two nearby metro stations on a central line which made it a great base for exploring. As a young couple this hotel was perfect simple, stylish and exactly what we were looking for.

Great value hotel

This hotel is very close to the underground station about three min walk. It's a very small and intimate hotel. Rooms like most in Paris are a little on the small side but has everything one would expect except tea / coffee making facilities. Good value for money. I would stay here again.

Paris Trip Oct 2013

A very nice hotel which was well situated. The only problem we had was that we were not made aware that breakfast was not included and it was quite pricey and definitely not worth the money.

Hotel is very easy to get to from the airport, a few metro station location very closely so easy to get around to the different sites and restaurants Paris has to offer... we really enjoyed our stay here the staff were great very friendly .... our room was nice and clean and a decent size also... would visit and stay here again ....

Disappointing

Location was ok for the places in Paris that we wanted to visit. Room was compact - on two levels - which separated the bedroom area from the bathroom and toilet. Expensive mini bar. Air conditioning was inadequate - Paris was very hot during our stay. Room equipped well but in need of redecoration.14€ charged per day for breakfast. Complained to reception when a cockroach was found in the room. Reception staff varied from professional and helpful to downright rude. We will not choose this hotel again.

Comfortable & Reasonable

This hotel is approx 50 minutes walk to the Notre Dame / Latin Quarter area or 15 minutes by bus, which are located outside the hotel. The roomsa re quiet, spacious, cleaned every day with a change of towel and helpful staff. The decor is a little odd, not that that matters. Taxis cost around 60 Euros to the airport and the journey takes around an hour, dependant on the traffic around the airport - which can be a nightmare. The metro is just outside the hotel too but we found the buses more convenient, as you can see the sights whilst you trave. The hotel brought us teas/coffees in the morning for three euros a drink but we didn't eat there. There a number of bistros close to the hotel for drinks and food of any type, including a wells tocked supermarket. May not be the best location for all because of the distance but the closer you get into Paris the more expensive it is

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

VERY POOR, staff were illiterate, many guests complained about the ammenities. One poor american guest had her passports and eurostar tickets stolen from her room. pay more and stay in a safe and nicer location

so so

The hotel was ok and location was ok. But for a 4* you expect much more. The double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. There was no iron in room and had to go into the conference room to use the communal iron and board. There was no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. The décor was shabby around the skirting boards the paint was flaking away. To top it of when you think paid everything the hotel charges you "City Tax" adding an extra 10.40 euros for a 3 night stay. Which was failed to mention.
