Better than expected for a 3 star hotel

I stayed in the Ibis Paris for 5 nights overall, two of the final nights was unexpected as our flight was cancelled due to air strikes. our first room was good it was a standard room but I thought it was a comfortable size with a good size bed. The only disappointment was the bathroom as it was a wet room and once I had a shower the water ran through the door onto the carpet which then made the room smell. For our last two unexpected nights, We managed to get a room at the same hotel which was a bonus when we found out our flight was cancelled and our new room was on the top floor. The room was smaller but had an actual shower and the view was incredible (photos don’t do it justice) as you could see the church which I believe was the Basilique du Sacré-Cœu. Overall, the rooms where stylish and modern apart from the wet room wasn’t designed well to keep water in. The hotel staff was lovely and was always ready to help if you needed ask something (travel adapters) or recommendations. Breakfast was average abit pricey for what they had to offer but it is paris so it was expected and it was in a good location next to many different metros such as Louis blanc and chateau Landon.

Warm Hotel

Really nice hotel. Very warm which was fantastic coming back to after a day out in the cold and had amazing shower facilities with great hot water
