It was a nice hotel but it didn't have the vibe I was looking for. In terms of the hotel room - they gave us the incorrect room - I paid extra for a sea view room.abd received a non sea view room - not happy.

Nice hotel on edge of an expensive seedy resort

Good hotel, great facilities not suitable for elderly or walking difficulties due to steps and hills. Rooms noisy and beds very hard especially if you have inconsiderate people above banging about at all hours. Traffic on phuket is a total nightmare and is now very expensive wouldn’t go back to Phuket but would recommend this hotel.

Wir reservierten ein Dreibettzimmer für drei Erwachsene. Das dritte Bett war sehr klein - niemals für eine erwachsene Person. Als wir nach einem grösseren Ersatzbett fragten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie kein anderes Bett haben. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns nach wiederholter Reklamation endlich ein Ersatzbett in üblicher Grösse zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal an der Reception sehr unfreundlich, man wurde immer wieder abgewimmelt und auf Fragen nicht eingegangen. Entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne Hotels.
