Be prepared to walk quite long distances from the hotel to any popular venue or to take a taxi: taxis in Pattaya are expensive (for Thailand) - absolute minimum of 200 BHT per journey. The hotel used to offer a very helpful golf cart service which both dropped off and picked up. Now the hotel "minibus" only drops off. The noise of traffic can be quite disturbing. The hotel itself is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious. If you want additional bedding (say, to accommodate one of the family on the settee in the lounge), the hotel charges an additional 500 baht! The breakfast was enjoyable: nice staff and good food, some cooked to order. This hotel probably thinks of itself as a four-star hotel but in reality deserves probably no more than 3 stars.

Excellent value for money and great staff

My only recommendation to staff is please clean the curtains more regularly as they are very dusty, please pay attention to mould and mildew in shower tiles, and lastly please replace towels as some were very worn. None of these issues would stop me from staying here again, but would help improve the stay.

Fantastic hotel

Starting to look a little worn, but can't fault staff and overall experience was very good. There is a mould issue in the showers which needs to be addressed, but is understandable given the humidity. I'd also recommend they think about cleaning the curtains a bit more regularly, they are a magnet for dust and visibly look dusty. Regardless, this is the only place I would stay, and I recommend it.

The room and all facillities were excellent. Staff were very helpfull. Only downside was a small balcony. I found my stay to be very enjoyable. Thanks

My regular home from home

Would recommend this hotel all the time, but......room smelt damp, fixed with some scented candles so not a big issue (I think it's the drapes). Also there was evidence of mould on bathroom roles, again, it's easy to fix and if it can happen at home it can happen anywhere.

Far from beach and other shopping

Pros: Rooms and calm location
Cons: more items in buffet breakfast and time to be extend to 1130hrs. Full functional room service.
Location: there is nothing to do in nearby
Take about 3-0-40 mins by walk to beach.there is a scheduled shuttle service from hotel. A family mart super store and a money changer near by (about 5mins walk). buffet breakfast is average mostly same menu everyday - continental,Thai and Indian menu available but limited and average in standard. Reception staff not that helpful. while check out presented two pillow cases with some black mark on it said that guest have to pay for that to be washed and charged me 400bhat- which I never experienced anywhere in the world, no receipt given for the money I paid. No ice bar or pool side bar in operation as it is said in their web site.
