The keys to the room are for the individual rooms only, but each room key will open the entrance doors to allow guests to enter the hotel, and only guests with room keys. So there is no issue with security. If you asked we would have explained. With regards to the room, we have no details of what room you stayed in, and again why you never mentioned it to us while you stayed.

The property is closed between 10 December and 23 April.
