The position is unbeatable. It is nice that the hotel has retained some local character. Staff were efficient but not friendly even after a longer stay. I often had to scour Penzance streets for parking as the carpark is first come first served, including restaurant users.

Great stay

Amazing sea view and comfy bed. On site parking as well. Evening meal was Absolutely delicious pork wrapped in bacon. The buffet breakfast not bad but everything was warm not hot.

Brilliant staff

The staff were excellent. I'd arrived earlier than check-in as I had a wedding to attend and the man at the desk made sure that my room was ready within half an hour of my arrival. All the staff I spoke to were very accommodating and helpful. My room was basic, but comfortable and clean.

Comfortable old fashioned hotel on promenade.

Location: went to Penlee Gallery - worth a visit - small displays but well presented
Room and bathroom very comfortable - quiet facing away from sea. Good breakfast view of the sea.

Very small room and even smaller bathroom.

The room was in a bad condition and very old furnish. Bathroom was smallest I've ever seen. Not worth the money I spent. The location is good but really a below average hotel for a 3 star.

Super Hotel mit blick aufs meer

Sehr sauber und gemütliche zimmer. Obwohl mein zimmer zur strasse stand war es sehr ruhig. Das frühstücksbuffed war auch gut, ich würde jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen. Auch die hilfsbereitschaft des personals war super.
