Absolutely love this place - great location, great rooms (park view), great breakfast and great host. Was greeted at the door and shown to my (upgraded) room complete with ready to eat scone (promptly consumed with a cup of the best breakfast tea, courtesy of the Wee Tea Company, I’ve had in ages). David also kindly brought breakfast forward so that I could get to a business meeting on time. I honestly can’t picture myself staying anywhere else when I’m in Perth.

Lovely guest house with beautiful big room. Felt like staying in a friend's house, welcoming little touches like shortbread and scones. Choice of teas and coffee in the room was impressive, especially with the french press. David was charming, and cooked a tasty breakfast, still full now!!
