Dear Stefan I am deeply sorry that you had a poor experience at our Hotel. Even though our Receptionist amended it in a speedy manner, it is completely unacceptable for guests to smoke in the room. I will follow up with our head of house keeping to ensure that we don't have this issue moving forward. Despite this, I do hope that you decide to stay with us again in the future.
