Gute Lage direkt am HBF, ein Kiosk und Restaurants in direkter Nähe! Große Zimmer, die eher an einen alten Büroraum mit Bett und schrank erinnern... Das Badezimmer ist groß und schön, leider das einzige bei unserem Aufenthalt Man kommt in das Hotel rein und man wird von Wäschecontainern und (sorry für die Wortwahl) einem versifften grünen Teppich begrüßt. Beim CheckIn wurde bevor "Guten Tag" gesagt wird ( waren um ca. 14:20 Uhr da), dass man doch ein Zimmer ab 15 Uhr reserviert habe.... Sehr unfreundlich! Der nächste Hammer am nächten Tag, beim Frühstück. Ein anderer Hotelgast wollte um 9 Uhr ein Frühstücksei essen, die doch überforderte Mitarbeiterin sagte zu ihr, dass sie nur 20 Eier morgens vorbereitet und diese jetzt aufgebraucht sind.... Nächts erinnert es eher an eine Disco als an ein Hotel, die umliegenden Kneipen machen die Musik so laut, dass man Nachts mehrfach wach wird

Es ist wirklich wie es andere beschrieben haben!!!! Sehr laut man kann nicht schlafen: Punkt 1. bei Ankunft war die Luft zum schneiden im Zimmer. 2. Die Angestellten sind zwar freundlich, aber nicht zu vorkommend!!! Wenn man sich in den frühen morgen Stunden aus dem Hotel bewegt....!!!! Oh Graussss eine Müllhalde vor der Tür und das Tag für Tag!!! 3. Aufzug geht nicht!? hmmmmmmmmm es sind auch ältere Leute im Hotel gewesen.... und Null Hilfe vom Hotel!!!! 4. im Gang vom Hotel kommt man sich vor wie Knast.... die Luft steht es stickt usw.!!! Ich könnte noch mehr sagen, aber mir reicht es für alle Zeit und ich werde auch ebookers über Schadenersatz ansprechen!!! Ein Pluspunkt hat das Hotel!!! ( Wobei die Angestellten auch den falschen Weg erklären!!!) Es ist nahe Zentrum. Ich war einmal dort aber nie wieder!!!! Viele Punkte könnten noch aufgezählt werden, aber ich denke es reicht!!! Nur noch eines .... man wird zum Schluß nicht einmal gefragt, war sie zufrieden, oder sonstiges.... nicht einmal auf wiedersehen!!!!
