Lovely hotel and amazing value

My partner and I booked this hotel at £12 a night, was amazing for the value. Lovely hotel, great shower and lovely bed. Would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful and location is about 10 minute taxi drive from the centre. Very good hotel indeed!!

Great Resort

Phuket is a great resort and I enjoyed my stay. The food in the Aspery was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would stay in the Aspery again but they would need to improve their Wifi on the higher floors as useless up there. It worked well in reception and restaurants. Overall would give the Aspery 8 out of 10

C est mon 10 eme séjour dans cet hôtel Je connais bien les lieux J ai été très déçu des notre arrivée , très mal accueilli par la manager Mme Síi , Très antipathique et impoli Elle a prétendu que le dernier étage de l hôtel était fermé pour rénovation(5 eme étage) ce qui est totalement faux j ai rencontré plusieurs clients du 5 eme étage Elle a prétendu nous avoir surclassé en rapport à ma réservation en chambre standard ( il n y a aucune différence en standard et classique) elle a prétendu nous avoir surclassé gratuitement alors que nous avons payé 600 bahts par nuit en plus pour une 3 eme personne dans notre chambre..donc aucun surclassement gratuit.. Elle c est très mal comporté quand je lui ai dit que je connaissais les lieux et a continuer à marmonner en thai très insolante.. Nous n avons pas eu la deuxième chambre dès notre arrivée nous avons attendu alors q elle était prête tout ça pour nous entêter alors les 2 chambres étaient l une en face de l autre.. Elle parlait très mal aux enfants.. Plusieurs vêtements perdus à la laverie de l hotel elle a répondu que cela n était pas son problème Pas de bagagerie pour le départ elle a préféré que nos bagages restent en plein milieu de l accueil

Dear Value Guest, Thank you for your comments and time, on behalf on management team, we have done the best for all our clients! In your case, we’ve classified as follows, 1. As hotel standard check in at 14:00 and we are 100 occupied in that they we were unable to favor you on early check in requested (you arrived 09:45 am) we have no room available. 2. You’ve requested the room on 5th floor which is closed for low season renovation, We gave room upgrade complimentary for you both 2 rooms to higher category. 3.number of guest is not same in the booking confirmation, we do charge extra person according to hotel policy. We follow the rules. 4. About the laundry service we charge 50 THB. per Kilo and we not count number of your belonging but we already explain to your son and already show the rules before you send it. 5. Regarding we are 3 star hotel we don't have a big store for guest belonging but we have CC TV around the lobby. Actually these solutions and compensation have been given and done, you also complained to the hotel management team. Again thank you for choosing us and We’ve done the best as much as we can under the hotel policy and conditions. Best Regards,

Leider bereits in due Jahre gekommen.

Vieles ist Abgewohnt. Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Hotel sieht von Aussen katastrophal aus. Ausblick vom Zimmer ins Hotelzimmer des gegenüberliegenden Hotels. Nachts kein Security check. Jeder konnte rein und raus wie er wollte. Patong ist zum Ballermann geworden. Meer stinkt und andauernd Närvende Strand Verkäufer. Ausgang zwar super aber Vorsicht vor den Umbauten und Abzocke ist all gegenwärtig. Ein paar Tage Party sicherlich geeignet. Aber nicht für Längere Urlaube zum Erholen ich bin frühzeitig ausgezogen
