Besten Dank für das Feedback. Das Standard Zimmer wurde für eine (1) Person gebucht, bzw. bezahlt, und wir haben gemäss unserer Preisliste die zusätzliche Person verrechnet. Wir bedauern, dass die zuvor bekannte zentrale Lage nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unser 3* Hotel wird laufend modernisiert und wir erwähnen niergends, dass wir über eine Schallisolation verfügen. Ich hoffe, der anschliessende Aufenthalt in Pattaya hat den Erwartungen entsprochen.
