Dear Hans, We appreciate you taking the time to detail your experience with us, and indeed we could not agree more with you on the friendliness of our staff. We'll work with our Director of Food and Beverage to review the pricing, and the measures served, thank you for this feedback. We always try to be in line with our competitors and we do continual reviews of pricing, 5 euros for a cocktail and with our happy hours going from 4-7 pm, both by the pool and on the amazing roof bar you will be able to get value for money in that respect. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback from your recent stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. We are very disappointed to see that you had an average stay with us. Regarding the comment on the construction site, we understand how frustrating this might have been and please note we have worked very closely with our external booking partners to inform all of them well in advance of all works happening on the adjoining land.
