May I take this opportunity to explain you about the issues you mentioned? -You are welcome to leave your luggage while you are waiting for a room to be readied or after you have checked out. -on the check in time our front office already informs you about our facilities. - Every room is cleaned daily between 9 A.M. and 4.30P.M. but after that you can request any basic things 24 hrs - Ironing board on your request 24 hrs We truly want to apologize all the things that happened during the time you stayed with us.
