Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments, and for selecting us for your vacation. We are really sad to read your comment regarding your stay. In regards to the Air-conditioning, a technician did verify it and fixed the thermostat when you reported the issue to us. In addition, our manager had extended complimentary late check-out and offered drinks for the inconvenience. We have a dedicated team of engineering and every effort is made to maintain our valued guest rooms, and we do have our regular room preventive maintenance program. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we were unable to satisfy you, and for this, we do sincerely apologize.
