Dear, thank you for your stay and your nice review. Unfortunately, ours is an old building and we cannot do major changes (because it is protected by cultural heritage). But it is for this reason that there's a person here during the afternoon, to help our guest, bringing their luggages in their room. We also have a bar, on the lower floor. You can ask for drinks at the reception and have a seat inside or outside, to enjoy this beautiful weather. The service is 24h available. We hope to see you again in the future.
