Beautiful hotel

Wow the rooftop was amazing jacuzzi sunloungers the best the view of the beach out of this world room was very clean nice deco the food was really good fried eggs for breakfast that's what I like to see plenty of choice hotel right on beach front great location defiantly would visit again

Definitly not a 4-star hotel.

Pros: the roof-top terrace and the view therefrom.
First of all, not having a full supply of toiletries and even having to ask for replacement articles is not 4 star quality. And,usually, clean water glasses are provided without asking each day in hotels of 2 or 3 star ratings. Also, an in-room safe should not be an chargeable extra in a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, the quality of the 1/2- board food and service was quite good and the roof-top bar, jacuzzi and lounge area were please and provided magnificent views and the location was perfect for long walks along the beach.

Mixed Feelings

Booked as last minute get away for wedding anniversary, Positives - hotel, nice, modern, clean, food - excellent, stayed HB, good variety, breakfasts are superb. Very close to the beach, room was spacious enough, modern, cleaned every day we were there. Staff, hard working, helpful (not much English spoken though, more German and Spanish) Negatives - walls very thin in rooms, side rooms in side street opposite very noisy pub (although not a problem at night, just daytime siestas are a no no due to noise from the pub). Not a family hotel, Resort - very German and found they did not interact with you unless you were German). Met no English couples during our stay. Pool beds plenty but sadly most of the good ones had towels reserving them and nobody on them for hours. Overall, it was ok, we enjoyed our stay, but I won't go back to the resort.

Great location

Just opposite a great beach and easy to get a bus from the airport. The room was very clean and towels changed on request. An excellent choice of food for breakfast and evening meal.

we had a great 3 days in Palma the hotel room was ready before expected which was a bonus The hotel was directly on the beach was clean and well furnished great selection for breakfast

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön. Die Lage ist super, und wumderschöne Aussicht. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Und die Sky Bar ist der Hammer. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Waren vor 4 Jahren schon mal im Hispania, diesmal ist uns aufgefallen dass das „Neue“ Team nicht besonders freundlich ist, vor allem im Speisesaal. Schade. Das Bar-Personal (sowohl skylounge wie auch die Poolbar) waren sehr freundlich, danke!! Lage ist top, hotel an sich auch gut.
