Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge am Meer, für Surfer, zum Schwimmen, ideale Busverbindungen nach Palma. Ich kenne den Irt und habe ihn dazu bewusst gewählt. Das Hotel ist jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nicht mehr die gute Küche wie vor 6 Jahren, keine warmen Decken mehr für die Nacht, die Toiletten wurden unzureichend gereinigt, im Restaurant eher unfreundliche Bedienung. Aber in den Lokalen am Irt sind immer noch einige sehr gute dabei.

Ohne Zweifel das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in meinem ganzen Leben übernachtet habe. Angefangen beim Einchecken, verwirrend mit 2 Rezeptionisten, die 40min brauchten, um meinen Zimmerschlüssel freizugeben!!!! Das Hotel akzeptiert Hunde und so habe ich in diesem Hotel gebucht; der Reservierungsabteilung mitgeteilt, dass ich meinen Hund nach der Bestätigung mitnehmen würde. Zu meiner Überraschung sagte eine der Rezeptionistinnen in der Ausbildung, dass sie auf meine E-Mail zur Bestätigung des Hundes gewartet hat; sie verwechselte mich mit einem anderen Gast, der nicht auf die E-Mail reagiert hatte; ein totales Chaos!!! Ich kam an einem heißen Tag an, mein Hund war ohne Wasser und wir mussten noch 40min warten, um auf das Zimmer zu gehen! Als ob das noch nicht genug wäre, verlangte das Hotel von mir, dass ich den gesamten Aufenthalt sofort bar bezahle und eine Kreditkarte als Pfand hinterlege; die Zimmer bieten keine Minibar, wenn man eine haben will, muss man sie für eine Tagesgebühr von Euro 35 mieten! Dasselbe gilt für den Safe im Zimmer, den man für eine Tagesgebühr von Euro 10 mieten muss! Der Alptraum hatte noch nicht begonnen! Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, war der Boden komplett dreckig mit Strandsand überall, Badezimmer mit einem Käfer, der wie ein Wurm aussah und das Zimmer super alt! Die Klimaanlage war verrostet... Als wir uns bei der Rezeptionistin, die eingecheckt hatte, beschwerten, ging sie zur Kontrolle ins Zimmer und bot an, es zu reinigen. Als sie zurückkam,

Ohne Zweifel der schlimmste Gast, den Sie in Ihrem Hotel haben können.... Check-in takes some time if more rooms come and check in at the same time. Due to covid rules we can have only a certain amount of people in the reception. In general, we take 10 minutes for every check in. We have many extra services available in the hotel, like we allow dogs, have a safe in every room and we can install a mini-bar in your room. All these extra services are not included in the room price. The safe is 3,00€/day, the dog is 15,00€ (included with a little bed and dog bowl) and the mini bar is 7,00€/day (no drinks included) We have room service from 8.00 till 23.00. As you can see the review is full with wrong written information and to come to best part, we even gave her an upgrade for free after hearing her all day long complaining and crying her eyes out around the reception. We try to give every guest the best experience, but we won´t give notice to anyone who is asking a refund from the first day and trying to blackmail the hotel with made up videos, fotos and bad reviews. Please avoid this guest in your hotel, she won´t be welcome anymore in our hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Für die spanische Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Duschkopf könnte man wieder einmal entkalken, aber war völlig okay. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig so das man jeded Wort von denn anderen Gästen mitbekommt und am Morgen früh geweckt wurde wenn die Betten herumgestossen wurden. Aber wir würden trotzdem wieder dieses Hotel auswählen, weil die Lage einfach perfekt war.

Super Lage und ein sehr freundliches Team

Pros: Lage & Service
Location: Direkt am Strand, viele verschiedene Restaurants, Aquarium, ÖV, Stadt Palma, Ballermann
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Das Team war immer sehr freundlich. Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand. Wir hatten zuerst Bedenken wägen Fluglärm aber wir haben rein gar nichts gehört. Das Essen war tiptop, auch für Vegetarier hatte es eine Auswahl.

Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand

Wir waren am ersten Märzwochenende die ersten Urlauber nach der Neueröffnung. Das Team der Rezeption und Gastronomie waren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend mit Ausflugtips und Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und Abwechslungsreich. Auch kann man das Angeschlossene Restaurant empfehlen, alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet zu moderaten Preisen. Wir habem jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen und waren nie entäuscht. Vom Fluglärm bekommt man sogut wie kaum etwas mit. Als einziges Manko sehen wir die baubedingte Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Es wurde sehr auf sauberkeit geachtet , unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen.
