Furchtbar!!! Kein 4 Sternhotel! Keine Ahnung wie die zu diesen Sternen gekommen sind. Der Haarföhn vom Hotel hat gebrannt und der Notausgang/Treppen sind nicht passierbar gewesen, weil Betten den Weg versperrten. Und wir waren im achten Stockwerk. Ebookers hat auch nicht geholfen, obwohl ich 15 Minuten von Spanien aus angerufen habe. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt dass jemand mich kontaktieren würde, was nicht passiert ist! Ich werde das alles publik machen und mit ebookers persönlich nochmals Kontakt aufnehmen. Denn durch den Brand sind meine Sachen verbrannt oder durchs löschen unbenutzbar gemacht worden. Wer ersetzt mir das nun??????? Ich bin entsetzt und total enttäuscht! Zudem bin ich traumatisiert!!! Unglaubliche Katastrophe!! Das wird noch Konsequenzen geben!

Liebe Céline:Vom Hotel Torre Azul & Spa Adults Only möchten wir uns aufrichtig für den Vorfall entschuldigen. Wir möchten Sie jedoch daran erinnern, dass die Reaktion des Hotelpersonals sofort erfolgte, da sich der Wartungsleiter auf derselben Etage befand, auf der Sie sich zum Zeitpunkt der Ereignisse aufhielten. Als er die Schreie hörte, ging er in sein Zimmer, räumte es und löschte das Feuer mit dem Feuerlöscher. Unmittelbar danach wurden sie zum Notausgang begleitet, wo zwei Matratzen lagen, die gerade aus einem Zimmer entfernt worden waren, die ihren Durchgang jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt behinderten.Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass die Umstände, in denen sie sich befanden, nicht angenehm waren, geschweige denn, dass sie einen Urlaub genießen konnten. Aus diesem Grund erschien der Direktor des Hauses – begleitet von der Empfangschefin und der Haushälterin – im Zimmer, um das Ausmaß des Schadens zu beurteilen und ihm ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick anzubieten. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht akzeptiert und er zog es auf eigenen Wunsch vor, in einem Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption zu übernachten. Ebenso nahm er den ihm zur Verfügung gestellten kostenlosen Wäscheservice nicht in Anspruch.Obwohl Sie verstehen und anerkennen, dass Unfälle passieren können, wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt erwähnt, dass Ihnen für die verbleibenden drei Nächte Ihres Aufenthalts ein Upgrade und ein kostenloses Spa angeboten wurden – Dienstleistungen, die Sie genossen haben.Wir bedauern die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten sehr und hoffen, dass Sie unsere Entschuldigung annehmen.Aufrichtig,Hotel Torre Azul & Spa – Nur für Erwachsene

Mukava ja tilava huone 12. kerroksessa, josta hyvät näkymät kahteen suuntaan. Näin korona-aikaan Spa ei ollut auki, mistä ei ollut etukäteen nettisivuilla mitään mainintaa. Samoin varmaan menee koronan piikkiin sekin, että baari ei ollut aina miehitetty, vaan respasta piti pyytää soittamaan henkilökuntaa paikalle. Sijainti hyvä, ei ihan rannalla, joten ehä rauhallisempaa iltaisin. Bussipysäkki ihan vieressä.

Hotel für 3 personen geeignet, nur zum schlafen oke, kein 4 sterne hotel… absolout nicht max. 3 sterne, alte möbel, hat einen süssen pool, aber hätte lieber etwas anderes genommen, das bett ist nicht bequem… sonst eigentlich eine tolle lage… empfehle das hotel wahala beach

Sauna muuten loistava, mutta puuttui matala jakkara, että olisi pääsyt helposti lauteille. Vaimo ei päässyt ylälauteille, koska nousu liian korkea hänelle. Löylykauha huono, liian pieni.
