Great hotel and lovely staff - highly recommend

"My wife and I had a really nice stay at Grupotel. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food. The location of the hotel is amaaing in a gorgeous cove of the bay, just seconds from the beach below. The hotel also laid on free activities and we did yoga and breath work classes and went on a guided hike too. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel and area of Ibiza. "

"Gorgeous property, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. One of the best breakfast selections we’ve had, easy to walk to portinax and the local beach - the hotel really have thought of everything, it sits on a cliff edge with a walkway down to the sea, this is provided with hotel towels, loungers and comfy colisiona and mats to make use of the surrounding area. There’s an emphasis on health throughout the activities and food served. One down side for me was lack of dining options in the evening, we travelled with a small baby and the restaurant didn’t open til 7 and wasn’t really appropriate for baby, we mostly did in room dining or ate by the pool (both really good quality) - this may be because we visited out of season (October) lovely visit all round and would definitely recommend "

"THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it, didn’t seem to care, and I suspect they were the ones who took it. They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted. "
