Ok for overnight stop

Pros: Lovely breakfast in the morning.
Cons: New carrots and general decor
Location: Close to public transport and city,

Pros: price
Cons: Bathroom fan did not work, bedroom window wouldn't close.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance (about 20 minutes) of the town centre, and another 10-20 minutes on to the harbour.
The hotel was ok, cheap price which was good. The room was fine as we were just spending one night there before travelling on, for someone planning a holiday of a few days in Plymouth they would probably be advised to look for something more comfortable.

Central location, a bit noisy for good sleep

Pros: It had plenty of room. The shower was good.
Cons: Breakfast service was very basic with a limited choice of food. The quality of food could be improved.
Location: Central location near the station and Home Park is very convenient. It is a short walk or bus journey to the City Centre, and the Hoe
It was cheaper than some others because the accommodation was average, though roomy. Service was not of a high standard

Never Again!

So the hotel is on the main road with parking behind.We drove up the back lane to see a sign homestay hotel the sign was a professionally made sign and was probably the only thing the owner of this place had spent money on! I could not believe what faced us in the car port,a filthy double mattress a metal frame headboard and umpteen bag's of rubbish with god know's whatever mixed in with the rubbish! Obviously we sat there thinking oh my god,what faces us inside. We walked into the back entrance to the 'reception desk' this was a shabby wooden box with a window.Looking in we could see I don't k ow how many extension leads all plugged into big black power boxes (i thought fire hazard straightaway) ,there was a pile of off coloured stained duvets in a corner which I don't know wether were ready to go on beds or for cleaning! The guy who greeted us was nice enough but how he could lead us through the building and show us to our room confidently I have no idea.Walking through the building I could not believe the stain's on the carpet let alone the sticky,greasy stair bannister that I very quickly let go of. Our room had a minging bed,a foot print on base sheet,thick dust and ruined our trip.Never again.The bathroom was ok-ish....Yes this place was cheap but no need for the poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness! No effort on their part at all...I wouldn't book my dog into this place let alone stay there again myself!

Poor wifi noises in room all night by toilet system ?? stained and faded carpet uncomfortable bed mattresses resulting in bad backs by both of us
