Greeted by a rude receptionist, no one else in the reception and we felt like it was far to much trouble for her to check us in, we mentioned that we stayed here and hadn’t realised until pulling up that we had, she replied yeh 2006. Maybe a small “welcome back” would’ve been a nice touch. After going to the Vineyard view (we paid extra for) disappointed as looked tired with damaged woodwork around the fridge and the room smelt Called receptionist and requested which they accommodated albeit reluctantly, also asked if we could have WiFi code. Yes for an additional €15?! This day I find that an expensive addition to a room rate. New room much better with a bush view and experienced the Roos at the dam which is an excellent experience! Room wasn’t cleaned the morning after, fresh towels and bed was made but wasn’t mopped or hoovered and we had used talc so we knew hadn’t been done! Breakfast ordered poached eggs and we both out sausage, bacon and beans on our plate, we both didn’t like them so we ended up with the eggs on toast which we where more than happy with!Waitress as cleared the plates asked if “eyes bigger than bellies” my reply no the food isn’t to our liking... not that we should need to defend ourselves after all we paid $32.50 each! On checking out was asked if we’d used the mini bar, no we purchased our own thanks.. the reply are you sure as you have a bottle of water in your hand?!! The bar staff at night where lovely!

Good morning Mr & Mrs Jemmett, We would like to thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback and comments about your stay, feedback is the lifeline to our business and we wish to apologise for failing to meet our standards in service. To be greeted with such poor customer service is not our standard and has been addressed with our relevant staff. As advertised wifi is $15, you are welcome to use your own data. We are glad the Olive Grove Room was suitable and we do find individual taste does dictate which style of accommodation people prefer. Fresh towels are replaced when they are left in the bathtub or on the third night; we do not replace towels with every service of the room as we pride ourselves on looking after the environment both in energy and water conservation but are happy to accommodate if requested. Without question the floors should be done if required. We are sorry the breakfast was not to your liking and the wait staff commentary has been discussed with them . We again thank you for your constructive feedback and hope to welcome you back where you will experience the Estate Tuscany standards.
