Lovely property with great facilities. Lady on reception was very helpful, couldn't do enough to help and was the epitome of customer service. My 3 year old daughter really took a shine to her too. We had breakfast there and there was an excellent choice of food.

Overall excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Only four stars for facilities due to limited on-site parking, although there are public car parks nearby.

Good location

Pros: Everything
Location: Fabuluous location for all that Poole has to offer.
All very positive. Small room but more than adequate. The only criticism would be that the bath cladding needs attention - obviously suffered leakage from the shower.

Pretty hotel

Lovely room, super comfortable bed, very nice toiletries, tea, coffee and fresh milk (nice touch!). Helpful staff.

Great for dog owners. We had a superior double and dog owners are put on the ground floor. We even had a little outdoor space, ideal for a quick wee before bedtime (the dogs obviously!).

Good location

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast buffet was a joke. It used to be good. For the money they charge for buffet, it was below any standards.
Location: Close to everything
Room by the street, not quiet at all. Bath tube in the room, grazy.
