Loved our weekend break ,

Great location, looked after by the Tivoli team, facilities were good, food was excellent. We will stay here again.

Great family break

Just returned from a lovely 5 nights at the Tivoli Marina Portimao. The apartments are in a great location close to the fantastic beach and with lovely views over the marina from the balcony .Everywhere is kept really clean.Great choice at breakfast. Pool was freezing but our 6 year old still went in. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. One of the ladies in reception was fantastic and helped us with information about a trip to Lagos and arranging Taxis to the airport Overall a lovely quiet hotel - there is not much going on here but that suited us..

Short break

A great hotel with fantastic views of the Marina. Room very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.Short walk to beautiful beach and restaurants.

A Great Location & Views

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Room decor could be better even though we did stay in one of the 'nicer' rooms. Staff was very attentive in general however check in guy did not give us the information we needed ie towels which made us go back to reception a couple of times. Wifi is slow in the rooms - you'd expect good wifi for a 5* Food at breakfast was average, food at the Menta was quite good and catered well for children.the best thing about this hotel is its views and location - good thing is that you'll either face the beautiful beach or the buzzing marina - no room has a bad view. There were loads of lovely restaurants around and the village of Quarteira only a 10 minute walk with more traditional restaurants.

Great holiday

Yes we really really our stay peaceful relaxing a very clean. Drinks were pricey and the food. only disadvantage was that you had to take an taxi every where even to the big super market ans shopping center and are enpensive . But over all we had a great holiday and plan to return again.

Disappointed

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and catered for us even though we were early. The foyer looked beautiful but that's where the beauty ended. We were brought to our room by a buggy and were brought into the "Junior Suite" I expected luxury but was bitterly disappointed - no luxury, it was a very ordinary apartment. As far as I was concerned I booked a hotel not an apartment. The staff were lovely, the breakfasts were very nice with a very wide variety of food, catering for all needs. The location was lovely with beautiful views of the harbour. The hotel should state in their brochure that they don't have hotel rooms but self catering apartment and supply breakfast. The only way I would recommend this hotel is if you were looking for an apartment.

Unser Aufenthalt dort was sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Wir empfehlen Tivoli Marina gerne weiter und kommen sehr gerne noch einmal.

Hôtel très bien placé mais l’intérieur mériterait vraiment un coup de jeune. Baignoire abîmé, toilette abîmé. Très bon petit déjeuner.
