Le personnel était très prévenant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire et vraiment très bon! Hôtel propre et parfaitement entretenu (en même temps, il est neuf). Le seul bémol, une ventilation extérieur, d’un immeuble avoisinant, très bruyante et sifflante qui nous a dérangé car nous dormons la fenêtre ouverte .... pas possible non plus de profiter de la terrasse sereinement à cause de ce problème. L’hotel est tellement bien situé que l’on en oublie « presque » ce désagrément.

It’s brand new, clean. A small pool area at the roof top with views. Pool only 70 cm deep. Six sun beds, always crowded. Very good breakfast - 18,90 euros. Good quality and tasty. When we arrived, we had a ”smokers room”, even all the rooms are nonsmoking. Luckily got a new room. Rooms are tiny but clean and beds comfortable. Wifi and air condition worked perfectly. Biggest minus if the neighbourhood, nearly all the closest buildings are uninhabited and in bad shape. AND - this is my honest opinion - location is not good. It’s at least 10 mins walk to everywhere. Busses go in front of the hotel and taxi costs about 3 euros etc. but compared to inner city, this hotel has not center location.

Please accept our sincere apologies for not having reached your expectations concerning room, service and location. As previously spoken, we are aware of your incident concerning the smell of tobacco in the room. We would like to stress that our hotel is 100% Non Smoking as we do not have any "smoking rooms". I am also aware that our Front Desk staff did our best and assign another room and the issue was solved at the moment. We will continue to work hard everyday to exceed your expectations and with time and dedication surely we will be able to answer all questions guests might have. Concerning location, indeed the hotel is surrounded by some building in process of being rebuilt, however I can assure that we are one of the closest 4 star hotels to some of the main attractions: 300 meters from the National Theater of S. João; 450 meters walking to Santa Catarina Street and Majestic Coffee Shop; 600 meters walking to Sé Cathedral. We will take into account your feedback and we ensure we will do our best to improve. Let me take the opportunity to inform that I am at your entire disposal for anything you might need. It would be our pleasure to welcome you again the next time you visit our city. Kind Regards,
