Fantastic location, good facilities (eg. Table and couch), clean, modern style, also really liked Batman theme! Very friendly check in assistance and checkout instructions were very clear. Couldn’t get TV to work (no signal) but I only wanted to watch for a little while, but would have been nice if it worked. Also it would’ve useful to know more clearly that apartments are 1.5 km from hostel, my initial impression was that they were next to one another. After a query email I got very clear instructions, but it would be better if they came with the booking confirmation. But overall, great place, reasonable price, I would stay there again.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, allerdings viel Lärm ums Gebäude (ist aber auch in der Stadt)! Die Lage ist optimal und die Aussicht ist super Freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereit.

Leider war es im Hotel sehr laut, was einerseits an der Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und andererseits an den schlechten Dämmwerten des Gebäudes lag. Viel schlimmer aber war der Zustand des Apartments. Die Wände waren dreckig, die Farbe viel von den Wänden, es gab Schimmel im Bad... Darüber hinaus ging plötzlich in der Nacht gegen 01:00 der Alarm an, wir riefen an der Hotline/Rezeption (ist im anderen Gebäude einige Minuten entfernt) an. Nachdem wir die Situation geschildert und an dem Alarmgerät nachgeschaut hatte, sagte man uns es wäre wohl ein elektronisches Problem, wir sollten den Silencer drücken der den Alarm unterdrückt - natürlich schläft man dann mit 2 kleinen Kindern nicht wirklich ruhiger. Als wir 2 Tage später ausgecheckt haben, hatte sich nichts geändert, es war nach wie vor der Silencer aktiviert, wenn man den rausgenommen hat, ging der Alarm wieder los...
